Set proxy for apt-mirror with normal way

I started to research how to set up apt-mirror behind proxy. Setting up /etc/environment or /etc/profile files with proxy variables as suggested on some shitexchages is a complete programmers/hackers way, that’s not acceptable for me. So I opened apt-mirror’s source code https://github.com/apt-mirror/apt-mirror/blob/master/apt-mirror#L100 and found few options:
